David H. Eagerton, Ph.D., F-ABFT
Dr. Eagerton is Board Certified in Forensic Toxicology
and has authored numerous publications and presentations in the fields of Forensic
Toxicology and Pharmacology. He has testified as an expert in the fields of Toxicology
and Pharmacology in Magistrate, General Sessions, Federal, and U.S. Military courts and
has served as an Expert Witness Faculty Member at the National District Attorneys
Association National Advocacy Center from 1999 through 2010. During his tenure at
Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy, Dr. Eagerton has developed and teaches an elective on Drugs of Abuse and serves
as co-advisor to the PCSP Generation Rx organization. Dr Eagerton recently joined the eLab team as the director of the reference laboratory. In addition, he operates as a director for physician office laboratories to ensure their compliance and success.
Contributes more than 20 years of experience in the analytical, clinical and forensic toxicology/drug testing arena with more than 10 years specifically related to the SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) National Laboratory Certification Program. She is a member of the Society of Forensic Toxicologists. She has served in a key staff position in two SAMHSA certified laboratories including Associate Director/RP of ACM Medical Laboratory in Rochester, NY. Ms. Brunelli managed a Workplace Drug Testing Collector Training Program and personally trained approximately 200 collectors to ensure Federal regulation compliance.
Contributes 12 years of experience in the analytical, clinical and forensic toxicology/drug testing arena including drug analysis and expert testimony at the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and Alabama Department of Forensic Services where she was a significant contributor to the ISO-17025 Accreditation Team. While at elab Solutions Corporation, Ms. Hoover expanded her purview to include Clinical and Criminal Justice Toxicology, Blood Chemistry, Hematology, Serology. She manages all technical staff in the laboratory and works closely with the software development team to continually improve on all processes.
